Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Pinot Noir Rosé, 2018

100% Pinot Noir sourced from Yealand's Seaview Vineyard in Marlborough's Awatere Valley, grown in one of the flattest and most sheltered parts. Fruit was harvested from small block of young vines. Grapes were crushed and de-stemmed directly to the press where it soaked on skins for 12 hours in a closed inert environment. 10% percent of the grapes were fermented in French barriques with the rest fermented in stainless steel tank.
