Sauvignon Gris
Sauvignon Gris is a pink-berried family member of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Believed to have originated around Bordeaux, the grape has now found a home across many parts of the world including New Zealand. Less aromatic than Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris wines tend to be richer and more full-bodied, with ripe fruit flavours of mango and melon, as well as citrus notes.
