Akitu
Akitu in the Māori language means the apex, and at 380 metres above sea level the vineyard is right up there on the grape growing edge, against the Alps and in the southern most winemaking region on earth. The entire vineyard is dedicated to Pinot Noir; that’s all that is grown, and the very best of the harvest makes "Akitu".
