CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERIES

The last day for orders for pre Christmas delivery is Tuesday the 21st of December.

The last day for orders for pre New Years Eve delivery is Wednesday the 29th of December. 

ZONES AND PRICES

We do not deliver outside of mainland UK. Please find below packaging and national courier costs within mainland UK (England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands):

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100 to a single UK mainland address*. 

Delivery is charged at £7.95 per order for all orders under £100 to mainland UK addresses, which is added to your order when you checkout. 

Please contact us for delivery outside of the UK mainland.

Delivery to the EU

Due to complications and restrictions surrounding exports we currently do not ship to the following EU destinations.

Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Greece, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.

From 1st January 2021 all overseas orders both within and outside the EU will be priced excluding UK duty and VAT. Prices will be adjusted when you checkout.

Deliveries to the EU may be liable to local duties and taxes for which customers are responsible. The local delivery agent in your destination country will contact you to arrange payment of these taxes. Please contact your local customs authorities prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

Please note, deliveries to the EU are subject to a minimum order value of £150 excluding delivery charges.

We are reviewing the situation frequently and apologise for any inconvenience.

GENERAL DELIVERY 

***Our wines may be ordered in any quantity, we have no minimum order restrictions. However to achieve the best possible Special Offer prices across all products, simply purchase ANY six bottles or more (same or mixed).***

Please note that smaller quantities require greater protection to survive transit safely, and suitable reinforced packaging to enable this is reflected in our P&P prices.

Wines may be ordered in any quantity, however please note our standard packaging sizes are 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 bottles - so for gifts we would recommend sticking to these quantities for neatness of presentation.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.

The majority of orders are dispatched quickly, within 1 to 2 working days (Mon to Fri) from receipt of order. Please note Bank Holidays are not included as working days; the courier firm do not deliver on Bank Holiday Mondays and Fridays.

Very occasionally an order may be delayed slightly longer if we are awaiting incoming stock ourselves into our warehouse, however if it has not been dispatched within 5 working days, do please let us know.

Upon dispatch, an automated confirmation email is sent to the account email address provided. If wine is required for a specific occasion or event, please feel free to Contact Us to check stock availability and allow adequate time for delivery.

After dispatch from our warehouse the order will then be out for delivery the following working day (Mon to Fri) via 'Next Day' courier service.

If no-one is home to take receipt, a card will be posted with consignment and local depot details. Please call your local depot directly to book a re-delivery date (or arrange collection if preferred) as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order at any time until 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition. 

It is not permitted to purchase wine under the age of 18. To place an order confirmation of legal age is required in accordance with and agreement of our Terms & Conditions

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If one of the products received is believed to be faulty or tainted in some way upon opening, please retain the bottle, including its contents, and inform us immediately.

In the event of damage or breakages, cases should always be returned to us and not delivered to the customer by the courier firm. Should this unlikely circumstance occur, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. An intact replacement case will then be dispatched.

DELAYS OR QUERIES

We will contact you by email if we are made aware of any unexpected delays, or have any other queries regarding your order. Certain wines and vintages may occasionally be subject to availability, however we will contact you by email before dispatching to confirm whether you will accept a substitute, or earlier/later vintage, by way of replacement.
