Albariño

Originating from Spain's Galicia province, Albariño grapes are used to produce fruity wines with sophisticated, slightly spiced or floral tones and often feature juicy, citrus-inspired characteristics. This grape flourishes on the East Coast of New Zealand, well suited to the warm, maritime climate. Left Field and Villa Maria are among the producers offering a selection of Albariño wines.
