Burn Cottage
Burn Cottage is a 24 hectare estate in the foothills of the Pisa range in Central Otago. Previously grazed by sheep, it was purchased in 2002 and is now owned by the Sauvage family who fell in love with the region's extraordinary beauty, and who also own the celebrated Koehler Ruprecht estate in Germany, as well as several other fine wine companies in the United States.
