Whitehaven is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from selected vineyard sites across Marlboroughs Wairau and Awatere valleys. Fruit was harvested in cool evening conditions and pressed immediately with minimal skin contact. After settling the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures with selected yeast strains to preserve the varietal flavours. Fermented entirely in stainless steel.
