Seresin Estate's Sun and Moon organic Pinot Noir is the purest and finest expression of Pinot Noir from this great estate.
Grapes for the Sun and Moon were estate-grown and hand-picked in the Raupo Creek Vineyard, in the Omaka Valley, and the wine matured for 17 months in French oak barriques, then bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve the fine characteristics of an exceptional terroirs.
Seresin Estate was established in Marlborough in 1992 by the acclaimed film cinematographer Michael Seresin (of Harry Potter, The Prisoner of Azkabhan fame), who had a desire to create great wine in the most natural way possible (with organically and biodynamically managed vines), without compromising on quality. Seresins artisanal wines are produced with minimal intervention to let their unique Marlborough terroir shine through.
