Left Field's Rosé is a vibrant, off-dry blend of Merlot, Pinotage and Arneis from vineyards in the Hawke's Bay vineyard.
The fruit for the Left Field Rosé is gently pressed producing beautiful pink hue packed full of flavour, and the Arneis grape is fermented separately then blended back into the wine to bring a bright floral aroma and freshness.
Left Field is part of the Te Awa Collection, created by the experienced winemaking team of Richard Painter and Ant Mackenzie in the prestigious Hawkes Bay. Here, the winemakers literally went to the left side of the vineyard in their search for inspiration, crafting approachable, consumer-oriented, premium regional vineyards. Sophisticated wines, without being stand-offish.
Matt Nixson - "Another flavoursome Kiwi rosé bursting with fresh tastes of strawberry, cranberry and raspberry with floral and citrus notes. A blend of merlot, pinot noir, and arneis grapes lends a lovely balance with just enough sweetness to make it moreish."
Vibrant strawberry, cranberry and crunchy raspberry fruit; bright and fresh, yet rich and sophisticated.
