Trinity Hill's Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay has all the hallmarks of this great Hawke's Bay estate - structure, finesse and concentration - balancing delicacy, richness and the linear acidity that render it a top food wine.

The grapes yield from high quality hand-picked grapes grown on the free-draining, gravel soils of the Gimblett Gravels region. Wild yeast and ageing for 11 months in French oak has added further complexity and texture.

Trinity Hill produces exceptional wines from single vineyard sites in Hawkes Bay prestigious Gimblett Gravels sub-region where a world class terroir is also the only new world wine region whose boundaries are demarcated solely by soil type.
