Seresin Estate's organic Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and vibrant with underlying minerality.

Fruit yields from three different vineyard sites in Marlborough, and a small amount of Sémillon adds depth and dimension. The parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and portions of Sémillon were pressed and fermented separately and a small percentage of the wine was aged French oak barriques.

Seresin Estate was established in Marlborough in 1992 by the acclaimed film cinematographer Michael Seresin (of Harry Potter, The Prisoner of Azkabhan fame), who had a desire to create great wine in the most natural way possible (with organically and biodynamically managed vines), without compromising on quality. Seresins artisanal wines are produced with minimal intervention to let their unique Marlborough terroir shine through.

"...ripe nectarine and cut-grass notes on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, it's plump and silky on the palate, showcasing round fig and melon notes before tailing off just a bit abruptly on the finish. Fifteen percent of the blend went into puncheons and 5% is Sémillon."robertparker.com

5 STARS & SUPER CLASSIC - Michael Cooper Buyer's Guide to NZ Wines

91 Points - robertparker.com

Warm notes of ripe yellow stone-fruit and passionfruit, with a chalky mineral dimension. Finely-textured mouthfeel, with layers of ripe gooseberry, tropical fruit and citrus notes and mouthwatering acidity keeping things fresh.
