Seresin Estate's Noa is a single vineyard Pinot Noir from Seresin's Noa Vineyard which is located in the central part of the prestigious Wairau Valley.

Grapes are hand-picked and the wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barriques.

Seresin Estate was established in Marlborough in 1992 by the acclaimed film cinematographer Michael Seresin (of Harry Potter, The Prisoner of Azkabhan fame), who had a desire to create great wine in the most natural way possible (with organically and biodynamically managed vines), without compromising on quality. Seresins artisanal wines are produced with minimal intervention to let their unique Marlborough terroir shine through.

"Deep red colour with faint tinges of tawny, black and purple. The bouquet is very savoury, mellow and earth-bound, with some smoky-toasty notes and a touch of humus, then a leaner, more sinewy palate than its siblings, the tannins tauter and firmer. It's more about structure than primary fruit or perfume. These may emerge more with exposure to air. The opposite of a 'pretty' pinot. There's a lot to like." Huon Hooke

89 Points - Huon Hooke

Aromatic nose, with cassis fruit layered over fresh, dark red fruit and floral notes. Intense core of fragrant red cherry and dark plum in the mouth, with finely structured tannins, wood smoke notes and hints of spice. Delicate and feminine, but with a framework to age well.
