"Schubert's 2017 Block B Pinot Noir is an earthy, oaky wine, marked by notes of mushroom, beetroot, toasted coconut and vanilla. It's large-scaled at 14.5% alcohol, yet it comes across as suave and sexy in its own way, with a long, silky-textured finish. This won't be for lovers of New World fruit bombs, but it offers immense satisfaction."robertparker.com
