Palliser Estate Pinot Noir 2018
Elegant and fine with ethereal aromas of dark-red berry fruit at the core, and soft, dark herb notes and bright red floral fragrances, unfolding into a little spice and nutty oak. The palate has richly sweet and lusciously vibrant fruit flavours of dark-red cherry and berry fruits, along with hints of herbs, spices and nutty oak, and lifted dark red florals. Well balanced with fine-grained flowery tannin extraction, and integrated lacy acidity. Back to Palliser Estate Wine

"Elegant pinot noir with floral, plum, cherry, anise and spice flavours enhanced by an ethereal texture. A fragrant, feminine wine with impressive purity and a lingering finish." Bob Campbell MW
Heavenly aromas of dark-red berry fruit and hints of soft, dark herby notes, spice and nutty oak. Richly sweet and lusciously vibrant in the mouth, with dark-red cherry and berry fruits at the core, boosted by hints of herbs, spices, nutty oak, and lifted dark red florals. Great balance with fine-grained tannins and vibrant, integrated acidity.
