Neudorf Toms Block is a 100% Pinot Noir from Neudorf's Home Block Vineyard, Flaxmore Vineyard and Pomona Vineyard, all located in the Upper Moutere sub-region of Nelson. Fruit was chilled, sorted and 100% destemmed. Fermentation with wild yeast in open top fermenters with hand plunging 3 times daily. Oak management in 25% new French oak. 100% natural malolactic fermentation. Fragrant with hints of violets and chocolate supported by elegant restrained tannins.
