Only the very best grapes from Little Beautys finest parcels were used to produce this small production Sauvignon Blanc in 2016. Fermented with 100% wild yeast and aged on its lees in French oak to add both weight and depth, this aromatic wine displays herbal notes alongside flavours of tropical fruits and sandalwood aromas. Little Beauty is a privately-owned estate within Marlboroughs Southern Valleys, where wines differ slightly from the mainstreams. Spread over five plots, each with its own soil profile and micro climate, winemaker Eveline Fraser is able to create unusually complex, multi-dimensional wines as she seamlessly brings together the old and the new.
