Craggy Range Sophia Merlot Cabernet Franc Gimblett Gravels is a great Bordeaux-inspired blend from premium selected vineyards in the renowned Gimblett Gravels area of Hawkes Bay.
The Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes are meticulously managed, hand-harvested and fermented individually before blending to produce a wine that is a unique canvas of each parcel and variety. It is aged for in new French oak barriques for 19 months.
