Vidal is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown predominantly in the the Wairau Valley, with some from the Awatere Valley, both located in the Marlborough region. Fruit was gently pressed and juice cool-fermented to retain flavour and aroma. Lees ageing of some components prior to bottling has developed mid-palate weight, adding to the intense fruit characters.
