Refined and sophisticated, Te Kanos Chardonnay displays aromas of white peach, citrus and flint. Dry and nutty, with ripe flavours of citrus alongside toasty oak undertones. Te Kano, which means "seed" in Maori, is a family-run estate located in Central Otago, that was established in 2015. With help from viticulturist Mike Winter and winemaker Dave Sutton, the Lloyd family produce a small selection from vineyards and barrels, which are often produced in extremely limited quantities.
