100% Pinot Noir from carefully selected Bannockburn vineyards.
Hand-picked fruit was destemmed into stainless steel tanks to undergo a period of cold soak, before being inoculated with selected wine yeasts to carry out the fermentation. Typically aged in partially new French oak barriques for 12 months.
Winemaker's Comments
Bright garnet in colour with aromas of cherry, plum, thyme, wild flowers and sage. An enticing Pinot Noir with sweet cherry, strawberry, wild thyme and mushroom complementing an incredibly textured palate that is both creamy and persistent. Along with silky fine tannins, it is both harmonious and graceful on the finish.
