Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc 2018

100% Sauvignon Blanc from selected Marlborough vineyards in the Wairau Valley and the neighbouring Awatere Valley.


Fruit was harvested in the cool of night to preserve flavour, and pressed with minimal skin contact. Each block was processed separately throughout winemaking. Fermentations were carried out at low temperatures and when all tanks had completed, they were proportionately blended, fined, stabilised and bottled.

Winemaker's Comments

Classic Marlborough aromas of lifted citrus, tropical fruit, and crushed herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy with vibrant acidity, and plenty of weight and length. Ripe, tropical fruit flavours with passionfruit, melon, and grapefruit.
